By purchasing a ticket or sponsorship and by checking the box during checkout, I acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be available and consumed during the golf tournament. I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that alcohol consumption is at my own discretion and risk.

As the purchaser of this ticket/foursome, I agree that I am responsible for communicating the terms of this Alcohol Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver to all individuals included in my registration (my “foursome”). I represent and warrant that each participant in my foursome has read, understands, and agrees to these terms.

I, on behalf of myself and all members of my foursome, agree to drink responsibly and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol consumption, including the legal drinking age. I acknowledge that any participant who is under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol. If I register or bring any individual under the legal drinking age, I accept full responsibility for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and for their conduct throughout the event.

I further acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, and the private golf course shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, incident, or legal issue arising out of or related to participation in this event or the consumption (or misuse) of alcohol by me or any member of my foursome, including any underage participant.
