Purpose, goals, and desired outcomes:
- To provide insight into the member experience of staff-managed initiatives and activities rin support of 麻豆在线播放app's strategic framework.
Deliverable(s):
- Serve as a convenor of member focus groups to gather qualitative data on the member experience of 麻豆在线播放app events and programs.
- To use quantitative results from member experience/engagement surveys to identify objectives for changes or adjustments.
Duration:
One year, no term limits.
Time commitment:
Monthly committee calls (1 hour); participation at national meetings (twice a year).
Eligibility:
麻豆在线播放app member in good standing.
Requirements:
Knowledge of 麻豆在线播放app and general knowledge of design and construction industry and future trends.
Committee/task force make up:
The Member Engagement Committee shall be composed of a chair and up to nine additional members to serve an annual term. The composition of the committee shall represent as broadly as possible all constituencies within 麻豆在线播放app.
Resources available to complete the project or task:
The Member Engagement Committee will have access to resources identified by committee as part of meeting its charge.
